CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

: Y- a/ {6 }, K( @) e  G: q  c-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
- Y& w9 @5 p5 c' e-        Provide friendly and professional services.

4 p- b; G  l8 h2 GRequirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
% n8 P  z* }6 x' }) ]+ t& U$ X( @: \
  H& h9 r1 }  }# FStrong verbal English.
% U7 Z2 s; G) k6 t6 b* o-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
& t+ Y) ]% y, m-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
; C2 W" G2 a  r% F' L, t4 |-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
$ c  b! |( E- ~4 }+ j-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
