# [9 [( a! l1 R' f9 P, L+ T4 c4 qYour job responsibilities will include:
•Check payroll time cards, production chits and other paperwork, calculate production time. Key data into system and transmit to Nethris for processing.
  I" m& b" `: U# L5 R6 x•Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for capturing labour and fringe benefit costs
•Prepare monthly safety and statistical reports for management.
7 h1 z/ Q% y& h- {•Prepare payment requisitions for group insurance, RRSP, etc. as agreed upon by the union contract
" E" O5 H5 m8 ]7 G  K6 Z•Coordinate work related accident and group insurance claims.
•Perform AP Invoice matching
' g+ Z6 B1 p. @4 \  b6 f' \1 ^•Prepare month-end AP accrual

. f9 w! D4 C* A/ b8 m3 R8 [The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and 3-5 years of payroll experience in a JIT manufacturing company. Exposure to the payroll system of Datatrack/Nethris would be a definite asset. Experience with union payroll will be an asset. Need to be able to speak fluent English, has advance reading and writing skills.
