请教 blue quill 小区的房子如何呀？

My first property was at Blue Quill. Very good.  Mostly built in 1977, 78  79. Large lot, 60% are Caucasians according to my estimate. Good school, close to everything.  Some are very close to Century Park. The other Blue Quill is the estate built from 1980 -1983, even bigger and better.  I guess the property in that neighborhood would be asking somewhere between $450K - 750K now.  I had seen about 25 houses, mostly open house, before I signed the contract.  Have you got your offer to purchase form yet? 挺好的小区，位子很好，紧靠century park，交通很方便。 地大房子也大，房子大多保养不错。

本人刚在这个区买的房。所以其实也不知道具体怎样，就看中了地理位置好，交通相对方便吧。
; _$ ^9 v& x5 Q房子和lot确实都挺大，但是房子本身会较老，就看maintenance了。我的是79年的房，但刚做了renovation不久，所以还行，
不过个人感觉，如果对交通没有太大要求的人完全没必要考虑这里，你花这个钱，随便在windermere买全新2200尺左右的single。

+ y5 d+ _5 W, w. g2 ^8 D现在2200FT新房地都很小，房子又窄， 交通不便，设施不全。我新房旧房都住过，其实旧房子只要布局结构合理，保养好又装修过的话，住起来不必新房差。同样的钱的话，还不如买老区这样的旧房子。认同你的选择。

for same size of house and lot, the price difference between a brand new house and pre-owned one is already good enough for a renovation or upgrades
