reasonable price, good area(future plan: town center, school, LRT), close to highway.
% H0 f2 O2 W: H1 ]* x0 ?+ Flow maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
new townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
