想咨询下大家觉得这两个区升值空间大些？交通便利啊，学区啊，出租等方面

1 [7 D$ E9 L9 L1 Q$ E+ preasonable price, good area(future plan: town center, school, LRT), close to highway.
2 V* J5 r: N/ |  M& Q. W$ }low maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
- ?& m$ M- T/ Fnew townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
