! j  H. d( a# B2 g) y- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
5 D3 {% C9 D9 A# ^" _- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
! s7 T3 Y9 t+ e3 U" J2 y- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
" }5 |; N: E4 F1 K) m8 f2 t$ @+ c" b- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
/ n( X$ d6 ]+ o* k  K; l! c
Qualifications:

/ s2 Q7 ^: J% y' i9 O& A- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
9 n7 P1 `: Z  [9 q- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
: P( _- l/ v6 a- Ability to use computers
" p1 N$ C5 Q1 X: x5 _7 }6 E- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
