It's something that is currently illegal in Edmonton, but a city committee is set to review a report on the a proposed urban hen pilot project, and at least one member of council supports the idea.+ r' K* Z7 c- Z2 _, w% l

The report, set to be introduced to the Community Services Committee on Monday, August 18, outlines the possible development of a pilot project to allow hens to be raised on private property within the City of Edmonton.
