+ E1 M2 i2 F- l* x6 L( QThe Sales Executive is the key contact bringing Rogers innovative wireless products and business solutions to the vast small and medium sized business market. Responsibilities include all aspects of the sales process including identifying potential customers, analyzing their needs, recommending solutions, making the sale and maintaining and expanding the relationship.  Reporting to the Dealer Sales Manager the Sales Executive provides sales leadership with the support of the Dealer Sales Manager and other specialists in the dealer team.  The Sales Executive also works in collaboration with an extensive network of sales, marketing and technical specialists from Rogers industry leading team. Primary measures of success in this position are sales volume and customer retention.

Responsibilities
& _% I2 h: ^" @% M9 t/ h- Identifies prospective customers in a defined market area
  k* R# \" d8 q9 @0 j" `- Sets sales goals with the Dealer Sales Manager
- Develops and implements marketing/sales plan to achieve sales targets
' C+ e- `! v- [- m& N- Works self generated leads as well as leads sourced by colleagues
- Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and prospects; develops network of customers and prospects

Sales
- Contacts prospects (cold calling, networking)

- Closes sales

Maintains cutting edge knowledge of Rogers products and solutions

Supports sales/marketing activities of dealer and corporate sales team
