builder没按图纸盖，咋办

按图纸上楼梯的墙都拆了做扶手，昨天从窗口看过去，墙还是墙，扶手一点没有。明天walk through，后天见律师叫首付了，交房日是月底，水电气保险都定完日子了。闹心死了。
大家帮忙出出主意。

that's what I thought too, I think most builders have at least 3 walk-through

没按图纸的问题，钱应该按图绘收取的吧？
/ T  F- L8 H7 [- N# z楼主，这个问题你应该早就可以发现的，不然就是你的final walkthrough 日期定的过于紧凑。
2 x+ }) [7 u. i$ |没有final walkthrough，就定水电器保险的日子，这排期那叫一个紧张呀。
& n, I& _5 S. v0 X6 z还是那句话，见招拆招，急也没用，该通知的通知，该延期的延期，沟通好，没有解决不了的。

) s) g  @5 }* d6 D' B. T( ^0 b一共就两次walk through，第一次就说了railing有问题， 然后就是最后一次walk through，发现完全没看图纸健，上面明明标着railing的部分，也能建成墙

I would tell the site superintendent to arrange another walk through once the problem is fixed but not drag it along until the final walk through.

; E- @! H( c8 w7 Z. aIf you have everything documented, show it to the lawyer and ask for hold back.

8 p! c1 }' Z. e$ DIf you can live with the wall, ask the builder to compensate you instead of removing the wall.
( Q, M- f& ?0 j- `8 CIt will be messy after you move in and they come back to take down the wall.
