留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
- W4 h( |  m" e; o请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

4 F9 z( z3 W, W4 r0 L, s  K/ @3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：

To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

  v, M% D3 v/ Z! hyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
