留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
9 x/ Y; ~' j8 z; y; C请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
% h1 `3 p% V2 Z/ ]* b2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

; C/ O' ~& M. R& H3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
  Q& |" F( }: G- r& @& t: c# HCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
. @* ?4 k9 e3 K' U) F+ E! v& QTo be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:
% _: g3 ^4 c3 H9 r, l. s; \
& U+ z9 Q  ^" P1 ~4 q  b+ s4 Fyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
  I8 m- t) V- Gyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
$ m/ m  v" t) `you must be a resident of Canada; and
7 H! w% w) F. Ayou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
