留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
2 ^& n3 n8 c7 p9 k1 h" `, f: n请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
# }: ~0 e2 X( j2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

1. 不用
2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：

  O: y% k  P9 q/ K" iTo be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

, o+ W9 i: L8 D6 D5 s* L) ~you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
you must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
