1. Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
7 J6 k* o. \0 Y/ a7 O, [9 c7 q2. Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
4 a2 z# M. x( j* _- d: B3. Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
* @/ g" d1 b* J7 [& b, e6 L' }7 j7 s- `; r4. Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; : h! a2 \! i+ T5 `
5. Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;0 D- Q/ C L+ P5 D( Z1 C" i0 z U
6. Provide general information to clients and the public;

Qualifications:- f: _* J* L$ P8 k7 C7 l0 ^
• Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
7 s' e5 o9 {, b- d* R$ ?• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
