JOB DESCRIPTION
7 y" `0 y- ~1 L# Q7 S2 [6 ^7 @1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; . F8 ^  i' o" x" h
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
8 O9 W: x2 J  J4 M3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
( I& ^& Q; c& a9 o4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; 8 x" r! N" e& ]* U4 ^
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
6 |$ ~+ K# k6 ~0 Z) m$ u7 X6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
/ U8 r+ A# n' `/ r' U7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

4 J5 B* _' B$ Z5 d) jQualifications:- ^" B9 Y" Q* Z2 S* t9 _# S
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.4 }8 u7 B* x+ o
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.4 S+ |+ b: O5 {) C6 q
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.( c+ p  n/ M. `6 v4 C* i3 e
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
