旅游签证在爱城开车

帮朋友问一下旅游签证在AB开车的事情，在网上查了一下说visitor可以用国内驾照在这里开车up to 1 year，是不是没有其他附加条件了呢？
: Y# B+ ]3 r9 X因为朋友以前在这读书拿过学签，听过一个说法是只有第一次入境是可以直接用国内驾照开车，不知道这种以前有过学签有过AB驾照，再持旅游签证回来的是不是也是只要有国内驾照的翻译和公证件就可以了？

What I remember is that you can drive for three month if you are a visitor. But if you are a full time student, you can drive a car with the prove and your driver license( translated by an approval agency or something)
