The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3 P" B6 p  H- s. M4 t1 Q: a( A3. Blue color: price change each month.

; O. I. ]. d3 l# Bthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
