Position Overview
•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
' q3 z3 P; A5 y* q•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
- u9 U$ N# I0 A* y•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

; [2 v! _# y3 c3 \8 F; d, TJob Requirements
3 q& t3 W+ O$ F; O& S•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
* b( [5 F* m) q( s) ]: w, C•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
