冬天到了，户外活动的时间少了，此时正是女士们塑造纤腰美腹的大好时机，瑜珈不仅能保持性感的体型，还能延缓衰老，延长更年期，改善睡眠，预防肩周炎，颈椎等一些办公室常见的病。本人有瑜伽教练证，并有多年瑜珈练习经验，实践与理论相结合，希望瑜珈带给你永远年轻，体型永远健美。电话：780 800 0136 每周二，三，五，日，晚7：30～8：45 。

I think it is free,I went to yoga classes before, it was totally free, but you can buy some coffee for the trainer

不可能吧，如果教室里有5个人的话，每个买一怀？教练一天喝5怀？哈哈，开个玩笑而已

因为每个人的时间不同，先统一改为每周五晚7:15-8:30上课。先每周只上一堂课。小班型，最多只招6-7人，便于教练单独指导，欢迎电话报名咨询。瑜伽对男士也很有帮助，也欢迎男士或夫妻一起来练习。
