请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

下一步应该是先买保险，还是先做车检？最后上牌？

1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
! j+ l1 _" ]$ I2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

So I guess the right order is
- H8 ^3 ?6 C& P0 ?+ A& i* ]3 [1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
4 \" f% M; ]  e2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
3) Inspect your car.
4) Obtain the plate.
