: K2 }8 L. v: }$ L& RTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

Primary Objective/Duties of position:
! D$ }* L2 B( K. V
    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
+ a0 `- Q# O" [2 \- y    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
7 s9 l' l  e* i0 f    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
5 R9 x4 B: y* I. X. m7 _    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
# K# b  ], t7 e( W$ s# W    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
2 V8 [% L- i: a- K: e- e' X    Actively participate in training initiatives
    Participate in community marketing initiatives

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    High School and or Post Secondary Education
5 _5 E' L- J5 N6 F    Previous customer service experience
    Previous sales experience an asset
    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
0 }. r. C" L! S    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3 H! g) m  T3 b& O8 \    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
