1 Z6 D, m7 r# F/ O2 p( R" OTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

: v! W- r6 v4 Q5 ?2 xPrimary Objective/Duties of position:

    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
+ \+ m$ |8 L: [0 u    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
) I8 @7 e- f' B! N, t( b1 K    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
- ]; F4 g) {/ C1 b    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
& I# Y2 @8 Q5 z  p! |2 e6 P0 g5 T    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
# q/ r" \, f( ^+ }' y    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes

( a( C4 w- [5 dThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    High School and or Post Secondary Education
/ C% N. R5 b) m. e( M    Previous customer service experience
' h1 a; k. M: A; o7 P' Y    Previous sales experience an asset
    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
2 T/ B, t8 S8 c    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  N; s3 `; B" ]; S9 a    Strong analytical and organizational skills
9 Y, u0 x8 x* E    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ `+ P1 N! N5 U2 N' ~3 m    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
