To provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

+ a0 N% w1 V" b% @7 \( xPrimary Objective/Duties of position:

0 D) `9 j( Y, F# e/ E0 \    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
; l$ y" n# r( `' }: N2 D    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
; F2 F3 s! q; j4 a1 _4 }    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
; D7 L$ U3 [" B3 B; H. U    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals

' K& Q9 a3 D8 l, @; j0 B    Actively participate in training initiatives

+ L; W9 j6 J. O9 I0 n: s! HThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

* |; T# G/ j! T2 s7 K1 Y9 J    High School and or Post Secondary Education
    Previous customer service experience
4 B  Y6 E0 A  X5 J3 }( N    Previous sales experience an asset
    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully

) c  x5 s$ X! Q    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
