Responsibilities include:

Working closely with marketing, sales and programmers to facilitate customer system integration.
+ p! l, D0 O& m. T, bWorking in close contact with customers and establishing relationships, providing personalized support and problem solving.

Create and maintain tools and training documents to support client system start up as well as follow up trouble shooting.

Requirements:

/ d3 Q) o" @) j/ K) p: h8 @8 B- Ability to communicate in an effective and constructive manner with customers or potential customers

- Previous software support experience is an asset
