• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales.

• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
! l3 I/ y1 h8 b' D" r7 W
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.3 [0 ?4 E K" R) e+ j( B# @) k

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.3 O8 W. a/ v- ~. }9 t

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours. 

' M2 B+ G( {0 Q6 M5 P7 W6 O g• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

4 x4 n" [3 p8 ?6 ^5 w• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

Job Qualifications
; P. j5 S3 w k& h/ f0 R• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

" w$ z9 D! N t( s6 H• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
) D+ A! w1 v4 D
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
0 S( P! h [0 Y3 L) K' l/ h
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

1 |4 \* O0 O% Y• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
' x, m% {4 r9 }! p) D9 W! N
• Travel within the assigned region.
