  U  r. ]5 Q3 C2 S  M$ U% }1 U好处是可能有一个长期好租客，收费也可以相对高一点。坏处是你以后需要卖给他，如果你不想卖了，那你就违约了。只是想象，仅供参考。

Rent to own is good for the landlord.

When tenant proposes some benefits for you such as finish your basement at his freetime, pay $100 more rent, rent to own (equals to pay more rent) etc. Do not accept it. Those tenants are not intend to pay the rent after all. It is always easy to make promises when they do not intend to follow.Think if you were a tenant, are you going to do these for the landlord? It that unit soooo attractive?
