请教：门前树下的一圈石子怎么铺？

去年才买的房，今年门前树下的那一圈石子上已经有很多草长了出来。
$ v0 V: Q) K9 B% H5 G我想要把石子重新铺一下，不知道需要注意些什么呢？

1 R2 x& e3 E2 F) ?( t5 m/ b是不是这些步骤？
把石子移走
! V. ~; [' g0 s8 Z# o. g把下面的landscaping fabric移走
皮圈里面的草拔掉
(需不需要在剩下的土上喷一下除草剂呀？会不会连树一起给灭了呢？)
/ H- Q2 {) G0 j: _. X* i$ `2 `铺新的landscaping fabric
再把石子铺回去

还有就是这项工程英文叫什么？我也好去youtube搜搜看有没有教程。

chance is minimal, if worry, cover the tree trunk with something when you spray the herbicide.

底下铺一些碎木头或树皮，草就不长了。上面在放上石子。
