BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast

/ w7 w" h, n7 @+ K- E# S4 ~1 ]People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration. + V5 O7 o) E; N, C' H1 `- H, X

It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development. , l; a0 w; j8 u7 y- c% j
4. Air Pollution

The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

  Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells..
+ g0 ~& M4 n  c7 _- q6. Head covered while sleeping
. J( n1 ]+ @+ w; |$ r/ S2 o 8 _  s; q$ n1 |9 p- ^& O
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
1 K0 b9 Q( G4 B1 M( o9 H! i! K7. Working your brain during illness
# ^% M, o- M+ b* a . T' U/ E) L7 R
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain. 9 F( N  G& O3 H0 u7 R  b$ Q' }
8. Lacking in stimulating thoughts5 G  g+ r, M+ O, i5 q# P3 d: Y0 _' A

, q) N; U& g; _8 r7 Y; c& A7 E2 j7 NThinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage. 1 K; d4 a2 H) _* y3 b
9. Talking Rarely  - I definitely don’t have this problem J9 f, W+ u! f9 p; s9 d5 Q2 a
