Salary: Based on Qualification & Experience

Key Responsibilities are as follows:
5 [0 T' R- _# B8 Y•This position is accountable for the effective development, delivery and evaluation of Integrated Service Program funded by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada and Alberta Human Services
# A! |  d  q+ ?2 K•Specific accountabilities include analyzing and defining community needs, assisting in the development of new initiatives and overall strategy, participation in community and/or industry advocacy and social action processes, project management, recruitment, leadership and performance appraisal of a team of  up to 10 para-professionals and/or volunteers, program priority setting, maintenance of appropriate reporting, development and management of program budget, preparation of report submissions to funding or regulatory bodies1 S5 ~6 z; b& Y: ^, ~
•Required skills include:  understanding of client needs and appropriate interventions, program implementation and evaluation, creativity and ongoing program development, leadership and co-ordination of service provision and administrative functions, participation in budget development and monitoring, staff recruiting, supervision, development and evaluation, client case management, program data collection, data and narrative reporting3 K# l5 I* w; e8 e
•Responsibilities include relationship management with CIC, AHS and other organizations; community development planning and activities; participation in and leadership of agency-wide projects.+ a, ~. A* o* u6 A
•Coordination with other program coordinators in LINC, ECALA, family, youth and senior programs is essential

7 K! J9 p% s% g) {: D•University degree or diploma in a related field or extensive related experience ;
% G3 F( p5 L7 |- ?$ s# a- y•Knowledge of leadership and management principles as relate to nonprofit/voluntary organization;3 c/ Y0 ?' B( l4 r
•Knowledge of settlement/cross-cultural processes, human resources management, financial management, project management, fund development and organizational management;1 [/ Z0 B- W0 {  A, Y; q4 g
•Two or more years of progressive management experience in a voluntary sector organization or demonstrated potential 5 q3 O9 K, B/ P9 `( w3 Z
•Fluent in English, knowledge of another language is preferred but not mandatory.
