新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
" J) Q) @1 {! c" l1 U, s2 I成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
# @& z  z% y  B/ s# N$ l! P6 m# @8 B) }但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
" o5 T$ S6 D' ?! y变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
而且需要办什么新的吗？

求指导
