Position Overview:

•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages1 l L4 a" }9 ~1 F
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents% \: |% H$ O. C- |- V2 x
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages$ ^! W# v* l% l; m6 w: I- d: h0 v) I
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work & A3 U9 x3 M+ G) C9 {1 {0 _
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing

•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
* r+ G3 i1 Y3 j. u% |3 y•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
