To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

Responsibilities
, f& r$ w7 G' i/ F( O3 v8 ?•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
+ B) {* r7 ?3 i0 e% |: C. y- ?•Review all aspects of the RFP documents) ^8 d8 P6 {: z' R$ Y o
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages; X# K, b6 N# x2 \& ?. p
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work D8 I* J3 X: L
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing- N0 a' |6 v: }( y" ^
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships6 S6 p4 M* T% i( S
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle4 g m0 Z8 y: I, ^9 w
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator8 z! z/ d+ i1 p8 v
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
