    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；

    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；

    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
! R/ J8 ~7 M- K' a    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
3 i; p1 ^$ k$ y. G    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
& i4 w: x* a8 H' ]5 F- d# J, @    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
8 E$ ]: y) e& V    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
8 {/ d& v  M+ c* \    Weekly estimating progress reports；
9 e, j, p2 d( x5 g    Assemble final bid packages；
' G) F) O# ~* V# g0 H+ X" m    Other ad hoc duties

* u+ H" J* x* n5 l% A0 Z职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
$ V2 p; w* s+ p$ u0 Z    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
$ K# G- h7 ?0 ^" N* x: D    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
  B7 o! X4 w& @( Y' ~. y    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
; O0 i( C$ p/ n, `# z9 w    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
% ^3 b# k; p& [# j9 \    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
