    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
1 F( f! w/ [/ N0 n" q8 k    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
! p/ I9 B& N) a, t  v+ W1 ^    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
) x, i9 t0 e2 F! z    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
. ^! F# `8 R& ^& X/ j! w1 V) k    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
9 Y4 o8 e8 j) N  D7 H9 {9 q    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
# p+ J' v( e  }5 }( P$ |: |) r    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
. B& y6 {" l! g3 H$ d* p    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
  d1 }$ Q/ t! o8 ]& }  K9 H! B2 o    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
) {3 N" i% |* j- u; V) ]3 d    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
. F8 ]" k/ I1 r. _1 g  o    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
1 u3 D" ~0 K2 h" j    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
; x3 t. E- Y. `- |9 p    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；
" A+ J* k- F9 X    Other ad hoc duties

- m# e' N( c" [/ X/ a4 a职位要求：
5 f8 q& F7 o. l9 J* X5 G' e    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
: n$ W! B5 M( P7 H' J+ n: V    Field and site experience an asset；
7 }. j1 i+ H; A( k- N3 {    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
  m& w' r# e- b6 N    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
/ V6 z+ Z/ e* u% j    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
$ O% l$ X2 T- G- A3 K9 h! A    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

薪金概况：
, z8 u: T# r3 ?+ y! c, R, }& O# x     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
