• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.2 W8 t1 I3 v4 o: A7 m
• Oversee hotel security requirements. * U& L$ }' G6 A( N) b" t7 P1 k
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.

7 H+ p7 b. f* h# y• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.

• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

" h1 w6 }/ ~2 U• Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.

. y6 A0 B, i- p$ \) M) V3 r5 ~, |4 O• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.
$ w( N5 s* J1 C9 x• Attend Cluster meetings.
9 p) J1 N3 z7 K0 x• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
( q2 b5 F& I/ m/ i- E" z• Handle PMS computer problems in each department
2 X4 E" y! ^- { p0 n7 R* N• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies; C2 ~1 R$ c' r3 `& E. D1 v
• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center
" K7 W5 _& Q; t' K$ `• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float

Requirements:
- x4 A2 P- [- G•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property- J, a H' E& z3 d) _# d# Y: A, o
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
! a, N6 C" |! }& {- P• Ability to lead and develop;
( ~$ j6 P F3 }, }5 G* @• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;+ \% o& Z0 ~- Q# u; I+ f
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
