• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.' r) _2 u* j. b& p) v
• Oversee hotel security requirements.
$ i- f b ]2 j5 ` g4 f, w: X• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
s: d% C" }' e+ p• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
9 i1 P, t* x7 W+ g( q• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.

• Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.

• Attend Cluster meetings. ; R, r" l( |# S
• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.* `7 D. @7 Y' M# ]
• Handle PMS computer problems in each department 3 H9 B8 i# V } P0 \0 J
• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies5 W! a( s$ P+ |! V) |7 k; z
• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center

Requirements:
3 [ C1 \2 [; q$ ^' G& P•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property* y# e" R& U4 E. n# P+ c" Z
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;

• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;

• Ability to work within deadlines;
