Job Description:

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.' ?, x1 U' B, m# ~
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
+ t- w1 u: E; Z: [% }! }• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;( Q* r5 ?% K) D# i" ^
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;! R+ y2 s6 d" [1 z: U
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.
; Y% |( @" ]% O U; }% C2 g• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;* m# J2 ]: t& l0 c- }! W0 b# O

• Participate in trade shows;
