到加拿大Edmonton也一個多禮拜了,一直沒能寄信給大家,這都要拜加拿大的網路ISP-Telus所賜...首先,線路申請完要五個工作天才會通,這倒還好,他給我們優惠,8,31就通了!但真的通了嗎???並沒有!!!沒網路用的我們當然很痛苦,一直催他們來修,但是每次得到的都是24~48小時會派人查修,說要回店會跟我們說處理進度,也沒有,最後只好用罵的,嘿,這招在台灣有用,在這可就一點用都沒有啦!!!因為這邊的工作態度就是慢慢來,兇到最後,我們說要換別家ISP,他也不管,就丟一句"That's your choice(想換就換,那是你的選擇)"!挽留顧客???Haha,門都沒有啦,我想他們搞不好還希望顧客少一點,他輕鬆一點ㄌㄟ!後來經過調查結果,發現每一家電信的態度都差不多,開通時間甚至更慢,維修一樣是都給你慢慢來..所以阿,各位華人同胞如果有錢的話,在這搞一家電信公司,員工通通用我們勤勞的華人,穩賺的啦!!

I phoned Telus to open my new residential phone on August 23rd for my new apartment starts from Sept. 1st, they told I can only use my new phone until Sept. 8th because the former tenant used another phone company............even worse, I called them yesterday to know the progress, the answer is it was postponed to Sept.21st.................So, I don;t know when can I have my new phone yet : (
