Garage door problem

Something wrong with our garage door this morning~ Tried many times, but unable to shut down the door.Never happened before.

Anybody know who I should ask for help? Any garage door service company?

首先看看门两边红外线发射和接收之间有没有杂物阻挡。

may be outside too cold, try hand force pull down ,it works for my garage door
