Responsibilities

1 F# Q6 e6 U  q) W  H# q
·         Engineering 2.4kV to 7.2kV Motor Control Centres including softstarters and autotransformer starters

# Z% f% s9 C& v4 l: R* u·         Engineering fully integrated electrical buildings

' K  }4 k3 t! i8 j( {' n·         Reviewing vendor drawings

6 {3 @& i  W, d6 w. E·         Analyze customer drawings, specification and engineering notes in order to create a design that meets the customer’s needs.

% y' r7 {0 N& W4 W·         Create a scope of work by identifying the company’s agreed to obligation.

·         Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Position Requirements

·         BSc in Electrical Engineering

6 h; s: ?+ ~2 V  _. \' X·         Registered with APEGGA as an Engineer in Training

·         Attention to detail is a must
6 }2 ^: G0 W0 a# Q& N& A9 c1 C
·         Experience using AutoCAD is an asset

0 {+ W) M/ {9 s$ S·         Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset
% d/ ?( g! M# U- K. f/ P( K4 T7 F3 D
3 a; B# t7 ?/ o4 ^8 f·         Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

& v7 K3 C# S1 X; E·         Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

·         Ability to manage the engineering of multiple projects simultaneously

·         Possess a Class 5 driver’s license

·         Be willing to travel
