Technical Architect
% r5 l6 I: P1 Q; J  L. D% t  A" DIdentifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
$ \& s0 U% b0 |6 c; X" D, m, cRecommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
Produce 4+1 architectural view design documents
9 [3 k' ~7 X) z4 {8 ^* M* G1 nProvides the overall design and structure to the application.
0 J9 }4 Z% @! g! a1 O9 FEstablishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
4 L/ I& t0 W; Z9 H6 |) bMentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
Enforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
Assists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
% [$ `3 P1 y5 jProvides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
6 \$ d" I& c- Y6 p0 E+ Q' B! V, VGuiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.

Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements

Minimum 6 years of solid hands-on VB.NET coding experience.
Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development experience
Minimum 8 years development experience with SQL Server
/ D' W" x+ ~9 S) o, rMinimum 8 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience

Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)
