关于续枫叶卡的secondary identity documents

我在给父母办续枫叶卡。申请资料里需出具2个secondary identity documents。
Two (2) secondary identity documents
7 E- v, d7 m0 I) Q/ M6 wA copy of two of the following:
- N' C4 Q9 r5 P1 D* V. x1. your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688)
; i' X* ~5 x4 M* p% \, p2. your valid provincial driver’s licence, provincial photo-identity card
5 ?2 E* K5 O/ X8 t8 [$ G7 M# }0 s. f3. your University/College student card

, {+ V6 X, y  {7 @" k4 r6 m我父母有上述的第一项的资料，绝对没有第三项的资料。那只能找第二项的，他们没有provincial driver’s licence，省医疗卡没有照片。其它有什么卡符合这一项呢？因为他们是续枫叶卡，是不是可以拿现在快到期的枫叶卡作为secondary identity document？

去registry办一张provincial photo-ID card，很简单，不用考驾照。
