关于续枫叶卡的secondary identity documents

我在给父母办续枫叶卡。申请资料里需出具2个secondary identity documents。
2 J0 P3 l! B$ B, d1 y' Y( }+ U- gTwo (2) secondary identity documents
A copy of two of the following:
( b' C4 O( f  h; j4 r1 F0 I, u1. your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688)
2. your valid provincial driver’s licence, provincial photo-identity card
" q, f' G' ]8 I$ o) h' `6 h3. your University/College student card
3 U, `# j8 j/ z7 G4 B  {
我父母有上述的第一项的资料，绝对没有第三项的资料。那只能找第二项的，他们没有provincial driver’s licence，省医疗卡没有照片。其它有什么卡符合这一项呢？因为他们是续枫叶卡，是不是可以拿现在快到期的枫叶卡作为secondary identity document？

去registry办一张provincial photo-ID card，很简单，不用考驾照。
