当然不行了, the plan is only for a first-time home buyer!

怎么定义first buyer呢？要是买两套房子，是以签合同的时间呢，还是take posession的时间为准？要是一套房子签约在3月份，但是要等到下一年才能搬进去，另外一套房子签约在7月份，但是同一年的10月份就能搬进去，那哪一套应该算是第一次购买的呢？谢谢。

" \! r: L* L4 Q7 Y' v, R. I我的观点是， FIRST TIME HOME BUYER, 应该以你签订正式的购房合同的时间为准，但最终的裁定属于CANADA REVENUE AGENCY SERVICE。
