They should have:
( R! [5 U+ w& D2 Z9 a% ]- an excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably in structural drafting: {5 W, S; g# \" F) z9 j! J
- knowledge of Micro Station is an asset
$ g( p' G0 D0 J1 C2 _+ z- a sound understanding of drawing layouts using pre-established standards on items such as text styles, blocks, etc.,/ o" i, }& g/ V2 Q/ f
- must have a good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
