This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
, k: ~8 w) w( y  r6 i, K•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
9 E5 C7 z9 j& P3 I% _: N•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
( _1 i  Q& F: L3 l! Q•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements

•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation

All of the following skills must be actual project experience not educational experience and the actual time spent developing must match the years of experience required.

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
+ W5 ~& C. r) Q6 J' `•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
6 W* }' h" [! X' P/ i$ s) _•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
+ b& j5 X! w  C# c5 p•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
