4 s# U6 n( A) ?•        Complete and post staff schedules
! I7 O7 S8 {  u$ O$ k, Q- y6 {" y•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
/ U7 P. k  g8 w1 u$ J•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
: E. ?/ L  d+ F5 i1 s5 }0 t" Z•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
5 O8 w5 r( g. N: g% }% @( x* O3 B•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
* d) k3 f8 o' K% ~/ L9 G•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
. j1 A' c6 c0 Y+ O( S. M* q' r  r•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

+ h. l, t9 I* Y' I$ k8 F$ f3 g- y3 mExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
- z# g% Z) m7 f. _' m5 l/ OPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
