! I7 O7 S8 { u$ O$ k, Q- y6 {" y• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines7 r4 ^: N _ p
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
/ U7 P. k g8 w1 u$ J• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff% v0 k/ i7 ]: U$ ?2 M' Q6 r
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
: E. ?/ L d+ F5 i1 s5 }0 t" Z• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed

• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
