• Complete and post staff schedules . J4 Z+ C$ X$ T+ r; E% s; |6 H
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines/ A8 m, S2 z; K1 P0 f& O
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
& R! w8 p( J2 U- s$ W9 m" L6 H• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
% H5 |/ F6 z2 W• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
$ G: f9 n- m" _: r+ Z" W4 n4 A• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed ?! j w: z- Q& j6 X5 f- P! P
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees0 q! I4 x9 z9 E- o4 ?% l& t& D
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway+ ~7 o) B- Y- h# H6 J

• Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
