• Complete and post staff schedules
, u: l: v+ G/ G) C# T: k• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines3 d/ }; H% Y; Q
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management6 R& Y3 i: {7 p0 W' f0 L( q
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
# a$ C& R4 W' l; o# a• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date. L9 Z4 J5 Q- n4 G/ n* n# H& |
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
- k/ R1 {$ Y6 l0 p• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
" e* p! n( F+ p9 z2 T& z• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
" J d' i& ?$ @1 D6 `- z• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management 3 @* I& m9 P0 C( U! c! a7 y
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- b# ]8 z: i! x& w/ R8 IExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
6 F& y; y9 b( D$ @Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
) M. ^6 {6 q: e) v; nPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register.
