• Complete and post staff schedules
4 x3 u$ `) R2 i• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
9 q7 a( D/ s2 b; f• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management- T' o. ]8 ]1 f' Y5 ^
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
$ W% q5 r) w5 a4 c• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
, F$ y1 V5 h- ]1 m% }# o8 ^- m• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed3 J9 d! F) V: |9 D5 j7 V
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Skills/Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
8 ^) ?% S8 k" Y% B4 NCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
! E. r z" K3 ^/ w2 _0 W _Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
