Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
& R! w8 p( J2 U- s$ W9 m" L6 H•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
% H5 |/ F6 z2 W•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
$ G: f9 n- m" _: r+ Z" W4 n4 A•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
7 l8 v. P" h. z$ j% n•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:

$ ~/ H+ i9 ?3 @& Y& [Education: Completion of secondary school is required
( R8 Q+ O8 F" P2 u2 J' C- ]: dExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
* q0 J* Z, z) Y8 @  H, p- d4 O% ?9 @0 _Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
