急问报税的问题

因为今年第一次报税，本想找人报税的，但是找了个相当业余，还是自己报算了。但是碰到个问题。就是老公报税的FEDERAL TAX的367填了一个孩子，上面是+2131.00.

那我那张单子跟老公是同样的，我那张上是否也要填上1个孩子。我试了下如果我那个填上了是影响到老公的RUFUND.因为我是没有收入的，我那张表单上是没有变化的。

No, fill out one (1) because you have only one child.

The amount of $2,131 should go to the higher income person and any excess not used by the higher income person can be transferred to the other spouse.

$2131是Child tax credit, it can be claimed by either parent. 也就是说，你们俩个都可以claim $2131.
如果你没有收入，所有的non-refundable tax credit对你都是没有用的。

% s/ p/ D: B6 s& q) Y; G5 v3 d还有，如果你是手填表格的话，在你先生的那张表上，也是Federal tax, 有个spousal credit， 你需要把你的$10527transfer 给他，因为你没有收入，对你没用。而他可以因此少缴税。
