最近两个星期，环球电讯(World Link)打中国总是打不通。打手机号码可以，但是座机总是忙。客服电话也打不进去。有人知道是怎么回事吗？

% R5 J) ]1 E  w$ s! xI tried to call them a couple of times today with no luck. I was told the representatives are all busy, and was aksed to leave a message.
