- train volunteers for ISP and provide duties

- coordinate, update Volunteer Manual
; L [7 K8 i/ `/ a$ s- planning and coordinating Volunteer Appreciation/ U( x" o8 X' T; F5 S3 I
- participate in ISP department and agency meetings/activities
& E+ J. Q7 L8 F+ O- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to volunteer services

- provide volunteers for Centre activities as needed

4 Q+ i3 Y# W! H7 y7 r- planning and implementing training sessions for volunteers
1 X: L; J6 |' U1 J, R- planning and implementing training sessions for staff that work with volunteers
+ Z$ |% U. H2 z- consulting and reporting to the Advisory Committee on a regular basis
& t8 W$ A' }8 q2 v+ P5 x$ z( _- evaluations % b- l7 ^( m8 S! B7 f+ p8 Q
- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre/ f* W9 a# W o2 m2 t. j% b+ C- m

Qualifications
9 {6 e/ p4 X- a8 k- degree or diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or related experience and education
; u/ j) b O4 f- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
+ Z, E7 b" D9 X. ~* X: L- experience in volunteer coordinating and immigrant services
0 j. @# R4 r3 ]8 P2 Q1 i# z B' M- leadership skills. f0 ] u# w' j% A3 f$ u
- management and supervision skills
