• Serve customers at counter
: m. m7 |, t& R2 ~) L* y• Clean, peel, slice and trim food products using manual and electric appliances
* u+ R5 y$ p4 r7 z• Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes

• Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
