Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

, y- u6 x1 |) V# G+ f9 w•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
1 r& Z* V7 ~" @5 }' M•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
. s! H# h5 v5 P2 K  T9 q% O•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
4 y/ ^$ o3 C% L( c: [•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
0 ~2 [8 _$ D6 c& q3 \  c•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
0 R/ C& R# R/ _/ z$ V•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
0 B' \6 y6 B# P2 \•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
1 N# z) U# T1 F7 ~  k+ y•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
, _/ R, C, p3 B* p; Q6 |. }•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
