Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
. `" M$ {3 }- q+ }9 ~3 Y8 E•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
% V3 a1 |$ E% ~% D! K6 |" ^$ Q•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
( z- p. e( r$ v6 L$ N1 O0 d•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
