Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

8 a$ n! R$ Q4 @. E/ j. `•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
: b4 \0 J2 m$ g& t: ]•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
4 ]/ ~1 ]1 F* b, w( j( B( D•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
) z3 _1 `5 S! v9 A# M•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of secondary education is required
: Q) D$ V8 W2 O; H% x- L% a8 L•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
* S8 X* b/ y2 I# |. B  S•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
( z( t& C5 o- [3 i( s& p: H- |•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
