: e! v: o6 K N/ G; C' }3 q9 _2 HWithin the broad guidelines of Integrated Service Program funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada and Alberta Human Services, the Receptionist/Immigrant Services Worker will answer a multi-line phone calls professional, politely, and directing the calls correctly; assist in clerical needs of the ISP team; assist with providing counter service and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker.

8 O0 i9 K, v i. p6 z: k• Answer incoming calls and route calls to appropriate person

• Welcome clients and direct them appropriately

• Perform general clerical functions such as photocopying and faxing documents5 J: Q# R6 B* I y4 h
• Provide assistance to immigrants and clients seeking settlement related services in the capacity of immigrant services worker
! ^0 v: p l: R8 U: U9 U K+ X* A3 @• Maintain and update the information boards with upcoming events# a. F C' t! d: C+ l( D
• Assist the ISP team in reminding clients to appointments of workshops or other events6 V8 b5 h5 o, O
• Keep the reception area tidy and clean2 k$ J6 l3 t9 M O; [3 A0 N
• Attend meeting and training to stay current on immigrant settlement matters' t/ C2 E3 U/ C1 y0 G. B( E9 W
• Maintain front counter service files

• Good English writing and oral communication skills
' Z8 q) u0 H3 X& s9 I* Q• Ability to work with newcomers and general clients' A3 Y$ X/ v2 J$ v5 z7 Z+ \3 y
• Microsoft Office operation skills- Excel, Word, Outlook

Qualifications:" c: E2 G. T: `$ M& V
• 2-4 years of office and clerical experience # N6 t6 H; x& u: q& W
• Receptionist or customer service experience in a fast paced environment! d4 Z% _; y6 f
• Demonstrate workplace maturity and professionalism- d4 x" M4 c6 Y% D* i$ H8 d; w+ H! J
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision" a! p+ }' V$ P- I! X+ h
