Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

# M W6 O1 u- r( |$ Q: I" X) P- n• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
; v& l; k7 ]# h1 ?% O+ D0 h• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
: C5 c! a2 U u1 L• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. # Z/ ~, \, s) @' C' i6 E3 o
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates./ B5 r5 M$ U8 D5 i5 q+ f5 z% n
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.8 p; r) s5 |( F+ b6 I$ u7 ~
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.+ M# |8 ^0 P' ?4 ~, F P
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).9 _' s" a6 K- ]7 V: K
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Requirements:
2 ]1 C0 X: n( u6 u• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. ) M: `6 z L; C! i4 `3 G3 v
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. : Y, b, A$ b/ I: F; S
• Strong Union Relations experience required.
. H" s+ b3 ^3 e ~1 @• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
. r4 Y: e p8 G& [• CHRP Designation is an asset.
