% Q9 K9 C5 }8 Y' H* W. N2 WReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

7 I1 m9 a/ E4 C5 H( g" L4 K F• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
1 J! Y- x6 k! a" p5 O• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.* _; @/ R, ], c. G7 F' b
• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
( {& D9 b# P( b- a) U• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. $ W, K/ T# S' y! E$ u
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.: \' U' o1 L" k2 S- r( l! Y/ ~/ _& ?
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
# [& c6 A2 W- G' d& K$ u1 [! Z• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.# J+ I: d: H8 W5 H3 n1 h
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
, B! A$ y" g! | i/ ~% R• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.9 z4 F, i% m; a5 j
• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.
. G, X( Z7 n$ H; w7 h• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.

. K' S0 |% R% j# E+ F. M9 JRequirements:
' X, B# E" G& Y* K" z2 g) T• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
" e8 M; G5 b9 P5 C4 \• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
0 \& C# S! C L: G$ e; L2 W• Strong Union Relations experience required.
; D% x' J2 P/ P$ s, h. e• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.$ s! J# F/ \$ s: i# n1 G" M7 T, f; \
• CHRP Designation is an asset.4 N K2 h4 d& R+ D( @
