11月份房产市场平稳无惊奇( q) t8 V( y& I' L% g; f
" X- S; ?. s8 _) d2011年12月5日埃德蒙顿消息：埃德蒙顿房产经纪协会今天发布的11月份MLS月底销售数据表明，11月份房产市场无惊奇。所有住宅房总平均价为$321,135，比上月和去年11月上涨不到一个百分点。独立房平均价为$365,734，比上月和去年11月稍高。而Condo平均售价为$227,901，比上月增长2.3%（上月为$222,778），但比去年同期的$229,337，下降0.6%。4 ~' r$ P% b; d# N1 I! t. D
