If one doesn't work out, then I will consider hiring 2 caregivers to share this night shift schedule. Each one will be paid on a hourly rate of $12 - $14/hr. Since I start this recruitment so early this time, I might get lucky in the next six months!5 x1 C8 p% }; W4 q0 O6 O: {

My current day-time caregiver is super nice and she has been helping me out more than a year and will continue doing so. Therefore, I wish to find someone similar who is also able to make a long-term commitment. 4 k: L$ p- P5 x& L+ m$ z6 c
