有哪位同学知道文件被转去这个CPP-O部门是什么情况？

O: oYour application is part of a group of files that has been transferred from the Buffalo visa office to the Case Processing Pilot-Ottawa (“CPP-O”) office to speed up the creation and processing of your application.  All enquiries and correspondence must be addressed to the CPP-O office, unless directed otherwise.

这是ottawa的cic office，他们的平均处理时间是10个月。。所以你是lucky的。。。但是他们有时候也会把file转回buffalo。。。finger crossed
