) ]# |' g. ~" f•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
  [0 S; F& Q" ?$ [•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
5 q, Y1 M! E3 ]0 y2 q/ G/ ?•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
3 d" e* h2 V0 H•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
2 _* Z& B6 Q4 X" d•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
; R6 |( }& X$ G  f* X9 ?•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
' m$ r5 y) q3 B6 p•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
