Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:
0 v5 p0 N$ X( S
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
/ Y8 c/ q, p% o) P5 }$ q•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
0 W" y% Z% j5 Z" z+ D5 j•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
+ `, j! d2 P' Y  |8 c•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
3 ~% N7 o5 l1 r! N•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
$ q, N2 |$ `0 ]8 B/ V- D5 ?•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
% w: A7 E3 N7 @, c
6 P& |0 [3 G% J: c8 F•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
  h" s; t6 w8 s1 E* a) n+ s3 Q•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
