Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
+ G# G  R, K* Z1 W1 j- Q•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
7 _. l) N4 T7 w- j•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
8 e4 D: F8 H3 E! C( U9 C' `•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

# z3 R( D) W* V: [•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
5 p% k0 k" O/ I  X9 X0 i•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
7 B2 y' I( v0 I" \: }0 D•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
