Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

# D5 O* i! ]' C# H7 O" O" d# `•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
. e" z% J4 H& ~& ~+ P* w•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
1 ?) u9 Y* {' J$ m5 T: z4 {5 R•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
" U$ p1 p0 r% R, p•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
1 K% c8 [8 O) k•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
" b3 S% M/ Z) n& s" F3 `7 l% F1 A•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

( o7 Z2 r. N; X8 R0 }( L•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
' l. Q$ E9 p9 |& [$ W•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
% Z, `3 b  Z1 p2 F0 L* t•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
