Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:
1 U* ~% e( A$ }% }' p  c' G
. R; L3 J- `( I% V+ f•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
4 v$ o; V0 ^" ?& H( w; G) F9 u•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
& E# ~+ @- ^* e0 @  O•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

5 X% f% i! J  ?8 f! s•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
  O0 L6 h7 X; c•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
& g) ~) S; M, G" u8 x•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
