Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

- R; d# E. T4 @" W2 j; B3 |" I
•        Take customers' orders
•        Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
•        Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes
1 Z& Q* f& v! x* g: L1 Y4 G8 l3 P•        Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
5 Q+ A! n5 s2 a. k# _7 W•        Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
•        Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
•        Receive payment for food items purchased

4 E, v$ T# s% C( S) N) V•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
