Skills:
-        Good programming skill and experience in Java or other languages
* H& O7 n4 p/ ?3 W( R-        Good knowledge of XML
$ a6 b, H" C) t# V4 ?& l1 q& q-        Knowledge of  Dublin Core, OAI, and XML databases preferred
-        Interest in scholarly communication preferred

Primary duties:
: h# o+ P$ o% y  S1 o-        Programming for searching citation databases on the Web
& t0 E! J7 o6 U' R-        Programming for network analysis
