Responsibilities:
1 \$ \# T" ^1 O# w5 b· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;2 G# R5 \0 Y. \. J$ o( z# \+ R
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
" V4 n7 K9 ^$ m; }- R( l· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;5 P! d M5 W2 [) I T$ N
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;4 i' T7 e! v- a* O
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
. m$ J4 D0 Y2 G( [4 }. s, @; D$ d3 o· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
) S1 c0 H9 t! W" ?$ B0 z2 h· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;1 x" T4 T1 \1 n
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate

· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;6 N* t) |, g, u8 ?- O* f/ E" y
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;, R, I# v( N" V2 ]# i
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;/ V6 L+ t# }# K( v1 h9 M' C0 C- G0 Y
Qualifications/Requirements:0 b, e- F* a) @2 H; a4 _$ o/ M
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain8 X( E4 X' R% w5 G% R3 d9 v0 U" [$ Q
lasting relationships with customers;
& h! g" t. B6 \# E. g" \· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;% D+ ^3 n0 _$ q0 ~+ h
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;; g5 c" t: N6 ?6 t
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;* r2 z. q/ r" l5 D+ a
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);2 g0 Y; j, I& k, s+ l
