The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in* d/ X" ?# |/ Y6 D* w/ v6 ^/ J
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
* e2 f* A. h. s& L6 ?! Lrelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

! r- C0 i8 k7 Q; ~Responsibilities:0 B( U, z+ o3 u5 g7 B
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;, P' T+ g$ G0 @1 D. ^) w. A3 i  d
· Verify pricing and availability of product;' Y' b7 E) P; Z& t5 V
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;0 z: U* S0 u; l! m- }
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;7 Z/ l. a' K1 S% P: b
· Collect payments for cash account orders;  \; m+ [- A$ Z- Y% s- d
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;8 u" F+ C! {) n# ?- N6 ?8 w! ?* \0 U
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;) \  Y9 ^. ?( z4 k" V
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
! `* w* d# L6 W7 p8 i7 sdatabase;* q0 G* ?9 \* J' s8 j( e
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;% Z7 }" v/ N/ k8 S1 D2 `% f7 n1 v: O
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;0 Q+ S8 @; T8 R8 d% H: w9 O3 _0 p
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
+ V" P+ T, f: G) r8 y0 iQualifications/Requirements:
$ f" z" D3 Z9 t$ _* g· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain% l" x6 a- W+ ?5 V# \4 e( F
lasting relationships with customers;# p' u, X  c/ D4 b! ^
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;- f! G3 P" J2 ]
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
9 O; f5 v: ?, v" T- U' f· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;7 W( `, V: r2 @. _
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
7 p2 W$ m) b# C& Q# e' i· Excellent organizational skills;. E0 t( L/ Y5 M
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;$ S+ |4 G2 }% Q0 U+ h4 J5 Y
