Role/Function:

: A# O/ I+ F& z; a4 @2 r# F% s· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;! C; ^ g- G" N/ k
· Verify pricing and availability of product;! T: a/ J' m }( [/ U
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;8 `$ e' p- Q+ s N0 T6 I
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;% q+ I1 L. \9 g% H) f3 ?
· Collect payments for cash account orders;4 @) Z) `4 Z& C$ v$ p
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;$ y3 ^" `9 ?# f" o
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;3 G( v M: }; V
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate

· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;. y: b% ?5 R0 R _0 S, }
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;& u( n2 i9 a: i' c4 S
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
% f1 B7 {9 M- ?1 JQualifications/Requirements:/ B V8 P, s+ |8 r$ _5 ]2 j
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
/ ]' l0 m# _; Clasting relationships with customers;
* A3 d6 C" ?* Y3 {· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
* g8 p! p8 N( v- z· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;: h; B* S7 ]" ^- c+ c
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
" s; b* { |& c' L, n2 b· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);, |5 `* z9 t. ?
