Responsibilities:4 N! Y7 ]3 l2 S* f4 x
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
8 b `; Y' a* H· Verify pricing and availability of product;+ g9 V7 X$ `1 V# T0 j3 M- Z; I
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system; y3 ^% M- |4 R
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
& g; V* p$ Z+ n) P) S! B g2 i% c· Collect payments for cash account orders;
' x% V8 |0 [' J# e4 a- B. n· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
@ P. ~5 C. J: w7 r' J3 ]· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
: V) [, ? L7 S+ I8 v W4 N6 I· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate ` n8 g/ @( N3 ] p
database;& c9 E: _" P" c6 ^8 c
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
; s: S; X" Z' U2 U. v6 x4 l· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
+ L8 ^+ c- ^5 U: ?; w/ N! m· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
q; V! |5 x( t2 {Qualifications/Requirements:3 E5 D7 ?( ?8 { u0 m
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
/ ^( e. b v2 v. E6 C3 ^lasting relationships with customers;
) _# P. e& D. p1 {+ q [/ t% l· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
, ^; l% g2 H* i0 R1 G· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- q0 u, c$ s! P8 B7 a. y5 x· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
5 \' {& W- }+ j- N4 g· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
